Léo Ouellet, 50, of Pré-d'en-Haut, N.B., passed away on Monday, March 24, 1997 at The Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital after a brief illness.

Born in Moncton, he was the son of Mona (Richard) Ouellet and the late Henri Ouellet. Until retirement, he was employed with C.N.R. as a Carman. He attended Notre Dame de L'Annonciation Roman Catholic Church.

Besides his mother, he is survived by his wife, Adrienne (Gautreau) Ouellet; two daughters, Sylvette (Danny) Gauvin of Fox Creek and Monette (André) Bourque of Pré-d'en-Haut; two brothers, Philias Ouellet of Acton, Ont. and Gérald (Ginette) Ouellet of Fox Creek; two grandchildren, German and Miguelle; also several nieces and nephews.

Resting at Dupuis Funeral Home Ltd, Memramcook, with the Funeral mass to be held at Notre Dame de L'Annonciation Roman Catholic Church, Pré-d'en-Haut on Wednesday, March 26, 1997 at 7 p.m. with Father Sylvio Doiron officiating. Interment in the Parish Cemeé-tery in the Spring.
